Access to these resources is limited to registered patrons of the Miami-Dade Public Library System.

Cards are free of charge to any resident or property owner of the Miami-Dade Public Library System Special Taxing District. Residents of Hialeah, North Miami and North Miami Beach have reciprocal borrowing privileges. Residents of Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor, Miami Shores, and Surfside may obtain cards for an annual fee of $100.00. Nonresident property owners must show a property tax receipt.

Cards are issued at all locations in the System and can be used at all facilities.
